I have good and bad news! Good news is that I can feel results from doing those 10 minute work outs since I can barely walk today! Bad news is that I can barely walk today! Seriously?! A 10 minute beginner video kicked my butt and I even skipped some of the lunges... this is what I get for cheating while working out I guess! Anyway, poor me! wah.
Now that I am temporarily done feeling bad for myself and ouch-ified legs (until Andrew wakes up) I can get on with my blogging! I have never been good at dieting... EVER because I am way too impulsive and if I want something I have to have it! Which was fine when I was 18 and had a amazing metabolism... I could literally eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted! One time a girl told me to "eat something" like it would offend me... really? You want me to eat something?... I just ate a whole large pizza from papa ginos in 15 minutes by myself! So I took her "insult" as a really great compliment.... obviously! Who gets offended by someone calling them skinny? Lol Anyway... Unfortunately my metabolism has seriously put the brakes on which is wicked annoying! So instead of burning off all these calories and stuff they are stored pretty much everywhere except where a girl could use some help! Help out these B's! But no such dice and such is life! If that were the case plastic surgery would go out of business! Because people could just eat a cheese burger and those A's would become almost B's!! Seriously? Who says blondes don't have good ideas?! Pssssht!!!
So to recap yesterday I had a yogurt for breakfast, a lean cuisine lasagna florentine for lunch, and did not snack at all and then for dinner I had a couple pieces of cheese pizza and some chicken, bacon, and cheese salad... Which was really good! But was not very healthy! I just get so lazy and don't feel like cooking sometimes, and I was STARVING! Which leads me to my realization that I need to get some healthy snacks to bring to work to snack on during the day! I am thinking maybe I'll get some apples and oranges at the grocery store! I really wish I had a farmers market close by! Anyone know of one in the Quincy area?! Although it's pretty much almost out of season for farmers markets, that's one thing I really miss about living in the "country"!!! I tried Skinny Girl Sangria last night! I will say, I usually hate those premade drinks... but it wasn't horrible!
I failed at signing up for the gym Friday... maybe Monday! I also forgot my gym clothes on Friday... so that didn't really help my cause! I will try to remember on Monday though! I probably won't work out today.. maybe tomorrow but definitely next week!
