Short entry today! I did a little more than half of the ripped in 30 days dvd today because I was sore before I started it and I became very sore while working out so I figured I would give myself a day or two to recoup and I plan to probably give myself tomorrow to recover and then start back up on Tuesday! I am not ready for the weekend to be over yet :/
Goes by too quickly.
Anyway, food for the day has been:
low cal corn bread muffin
salad
Chicken salad sandwich
Yum.
Not sure what's for dinner yet!
Yesterday I made breakfast- bacon, eggs, sausage and english muffin
I had a bowl of honey graham cereal for lunch
and a BLT with some french fries for dinner.
not too bad... not too great!
But I will say it's definitely healthier than Chinese Food! :)
