I have 1 month and 28 days until I leave for Barbados. It has been my goal to get toned up since January, so I guess you can say I'm a little bit of a procrastinator, although I would like to call it ADD. It has been my goal all week to wake up at 5 am and work out... well, that goal did not happen. I would like to say that my work out started yesterday when I ran to catch my train in the morning... and missed it, and then at night too. I have also been attempting to eat healthier... although I did have a cinnamon poptart for breakfast this morning, so I'm not sure it that consists of healthy especially with my Cup o' soup I had for lunch! Gotta love it! So anyway, I'm going to attempt to blog about my life for the next 1 month and 28 days and hopefully gain some support on my little goal to tone the hell up so I can run around in a bikini and not feel self conscious!
My goal for tonight is to have a healthy dinner
My goal for tomorrow is to sign up for the gym by my work... and possibly work out!
