Today is day 10 but I am going to start with day 9! Soo last night I decided to drink a red bull when I got out of work so I wqas very wired for most of the night! Soo around 11 pm I decided to do Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack dvd! Holy crap! It kicked my ass! When watcvhing the dvd there are 2 trainers that you can follow, an easy level trainer and a more difficult level trainer.. I did a little of both! The work out is 35 min and I got through 20 min of it. Now, after 20 min I was sweating and seriously lacking in the work outs, so obviously some people may think it's easy peasy...but it definitely is an awesome work out! I finally got My 30 day work out with Jillian Michaels in the mail today so I am getting ready to go in and do that in a little while! Very excited. I think some people may get distressed by not being able to finish the dvd but not me! I literally worked my ass off and doing 20 minutes of her dvd is better than doing 0! So I highly recommend this workout dvd, but some of the moves I find a little tricky. Well actually just one, where you are balancing on one arm with the other in the air and you take your top leg and cross it over your bottom leg and then you have to lift it up in the air...it'sa pretty diffuclt to explain but if you do the work out you will know what I am talking about!
Anyway I am going to go do my new work out dvd and I will report back either later today or tomorrow!

Ok! I just did Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30!! I am in love <<<333!!!! So amazing! It wasn't TOO difficult.. although I did get a leg/but cramp! Ouchie! But other than that I loved it and I pretty much was able to push myself through the entire 37 minutes! The best part is that it is broken into 4 week segments and you are supposed to do each week segment 5 to 6 times a week! It gets even better! Not only did I get a serious sweat on but I also have 3 more completely different work outs to look forward to in the upcoming weeks! She does not repeat any of her moves at all in the different weeks! So for example... Week one features some push ups... I should not see push ups in weeks 2, 3 or 4!!! Woo who! And I LOVE the fact that I have the whole week to advance my work out! Today I was generally doing the beginner segments but later in the week I will be able to push myself to do the advanced (HOPEFULLY!). I am seriously IN LOVE with this DVD. Hopefully I truly will be RIPPED IN 30!
Now I just have to buckle down and eat healthy.. (mmm doubtful but I will try my hardest!)
