Day 2- I am sooo out of shape!!!!!!!

Good morning!  So today is day 2, but kind of day 1.  My goals last night were to eat a healthy dinner and to sign up for the gym today.  As for the whole healthy dinner part, I had a BLT on wheat bread and some boneless buffalo tenders with blue cheese.  I always feel healthier eating my sandwiches on wheat bread but I read that I might as well eat white bread because the only bread that is really healthy is the multi grain... but I don't like the little nuts and seeds or whatever they are in my bread... it's a little creepy!  So any how!  I also had some watermelon beer because the Bruins were on... and let's face it once you are of legal age to drink (obviously ;) ) then you kind of need to drink during the Bruins season opener! Although my goal is to cut out or almost cut out alcohol for the next 1 month 27 days so that I can get the best results.. or some results! ha

I am so proud of myself!  This morning Andrew (the boyfriend) was ready to go to work early so I dropped him off at the train and was back at the house by 6 am!  Then I took Cosmo (the dog) for her usual walk on the beach, and we played a little... she's probably always my favorite person (dog...)!  THEN, I got home and really shocked myself... I decided to WORK OUT!  Are you shocked?  Because I was/am... I guess this whole blogging thing is really working out for me!  I popped in my Toned in 10 dvd for beginners, and did the 10 minute work out for thighs!  I even almost worked up a sweat!  Go me! THEN after I worked out for a whole 10 minutes and 18 seconds (minus the 6 lunges I couldn't bare to do) I decided to do some crunches!  My goal was 50... but when you have a 100 pound (yeah, she lost weight) dog who decides that around 25 crunches it's time to snuggle, then you know I was lucky to do 30 crunches!  And if you are thinking... "snuggle?", just look at my blog picture thing... that morning I was also trying to do crunches!  lol

Well I am off to a good start and just finished my raspberry light & fit yogurt... not so bad for 9 am!  Now time to do some work I suppose!

Any suggestions or thoughts to help me let me know!

Ps- Writing this blog has me feeling like I'm Lily & my blog is Marshall from how I met your Mother... (Because I am telling my blog everything about my day... get it?!  I know it's early!  Hop to it people!!)
