So to sum up the last week and a half I have been sleeping in and eating kinda crappy food. For example... we had Wendy's for dinner last night! Ummm in the 2 years that I have known Andrew we have NEVER EVER had fast food like that for dinner! Sooo bad (slap on the hand... or maybe in the face!... it's more effective!) Soo after that debauchery- I was sitting there thinking that was really good...and then I am so gross!
I am pretty sure I might be in worse shape than when I started! Ugghhhhh sooo depressing! So this morning Stella and I got our groove back! She attacked my feet while I did week 2 of my Jillian Michaels ripped in 30. I know technically I should have redone week 1... AGAIN but I get bored! Sooo I did week 2! It was awesome.. except the power went out 20 min in! Luckily it came right back on!
After I worked out for 34 minutes I had an apple for breakfast and got ready for work!
I walked to the office from South Station and stopped at Dunks and got a med. tea with skim and sugar! I was going to skip the tea but I feel like I'm starting to get a sore throat and tea is good for that! (I think?)
So although I have been a total slacker for the past almost 2 weeks I will say that in the past 2 weeks I have been walking atleast 2 miles a day! Not including yesterday where I walked over 3 miles! Although part of that 3 miles was walking to panera bread to get lunch... haha ohh my! Hopefully I am back on track! I honestly think that turning the clocks back saved me because I was struggling waking up to it being so dark! Lucky me I am obsessed with Boston at night! It's so pretty!
Anyway I am going to attempt to do work... but that's pretty much a joke since our computer system has been down for a week now... which means nobody can do work... SOOOO boring!
26 days until we leave for Barbados... I'm not a religous person but I may need you to pray for me! hhaha- jk just cross your fingers!!
Hopefully I'll be blogging again tomorrow!
